This hand-dyed assigned pooling yarn pairs a soft sage grey background with orange, red and yellow contrast sections, so the colours read like leaves falling against bare branches. As you knit, the contrast sections form the leaf motif for you: no colourwork, no stranding, just following the colour changes in the skein.
This is a non-directional yarn: you can work it from either end of the skein.
